Yes it is.
Beetles also seem to be getting a little expensive lately. Seems like every time I see one on craiglist it is overpriced. It was designed to be cheap and there are millions of them; a high price would defeat the purpose of the car.

that
much of a ripoff. These things came from the factory starting to rust. For how many of them they sold, you don’t see many anymore.
